KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Marketing Manager is a key role, responsible for the understanding of local market conditions and the development of the overall marketing strategy and execution of comprehensive unit/market specific plans and budgets. The manager will focus on creating top-of-mind awareness that translates into trial & customer traffic. The manager will act as a Brand Ambassador within the community, and will lead onsite, offsite, & online marketing endeavors.
Lead and support marketing, promotions, traffic-driving programs, including local social/PR/community activities, onsite & offsite event planning and execution, in-store marketing events, grassroots marketing efforts, and online tactical marketing.
Manage restaurant budget & projections.
Lead social media, content gathering & amplification, calendar planning.
Lead event planning & execution.
Lead the collection and generation of the consumer database & lead generation, and the communication to those individuals on a regular basis.
Key organizer of all marketing lists of key moto clubs, influencers, channel partners and friends of Ace, etc.
Report to senior management regularly on the plans and performance of the overall market and marketing ROI.?
Develop a solid understanding of local market conditions and opportunities to build customized, localized plans leveraging best practices. ?

Qualifications & Requirements ?
Must be knowledgeable in the areas of marketing, social media, advertising, community relations, publicity, PR, content creation.
Knowledge of budget planning. ?
Intimate understanding of social media, content gathering & amplification, calendar planning. ?
Solid understanding - have a passion for - the collection and understanding of metrics, KPIs and marketing ROI, and other consumer performance data analyzation.
Highly-organized and self-motivated.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Engaging and hospitable.?
Action-oriented with the ability to lead by solid example, and to partner effectively. ?
Ability to effectively create and deliver presentations. ?
Self-starter, responsible for success above 40 hours/week. Some weekend work is a part of this role, nighttime work, too.

As an integral member of the marketing team, the candidate must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity and discretion. The individual should be considered a detail?oriented person who can tackle complex assignments. The candidate should be a consummate team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills up and down the organizational chart. The candidate must be a leader. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years’ job-related experience and a college degree in a related field. The successful candidate will have experience and proven understanding of local store marketing, restaurant operations, community & public relations, social strategy, ROI analysis, and content calendar planning. Some travel required.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Base salary and incentives will be commensurate with experience and will include a base salary, insurance/health benefits and annual bonus incentive potential.
