In the role of Marketing Coordinator - Digital, you will carry out daily tasks to implement, manage and monitor lead generation, lead conversion and brand communication activities for the company. You will focus specifically on updating content and changes to the company web site and assist digital marketing specialists and management with tasks supporting ongoing digital marketing efforts including paid search, email marketing, marketing automation and engagement with CRM data. The role of Marketing Coordinator ensures consistent execution of marketing programs. You will gather feedback from stakeholders, connect with marketing partners and access the solutions they offer, holding partners accountable to delivering a high quality of service and working to produce a better marketing program each day.

-Reports to Manager of Internet Marketing and works collaboratively to ensure a timely, accurate, and professional finished product. -Provide support and coordination for content changes on and other digital assets. Daily web content updates, as needed. -Build and maintain trusted relationships with referral services to provide the best representation of Holiday Retirement communities online. Support day-to-day communications and content updates, as needed. -Develop or oversee the production of email marketing campaigns to ensure flawless execution Support Holiday’s objective of understanding customer satisfaction by creating and maintaining surveys. -Act as the primary tester of digital assets, such as web pages, emails, or other digital elements ensuring they are consumer-ready and will work across platforms. -Liaison on administrative projects. -Assist in data collection and reporting against monthly KPIs. -Effectively communicate via telephone and email correspondence to marketing department services, provide information, fulfill requests and resolve questions promptly and courteously. -Manage workflow processes to ensure projects are delivered on time. -Fulfills do not contact and unsubscribe requests to support continued success of marketing campaigns. -Interact and communicate with all employees, residents, internal and external customers and vendors in a professional and respectful manner. -Maintain a library of templates. -Deliver quality work on tight deadlines.


-At least 3 years of work experience in a corporate environment -Experience with and knowledge of online web management tools and systems including CMSs (SiteCore) and Google web services including AdWords and/or Analytics. -Confident and effective written and verbal communications skills. -Excellent customer service, organizational, problem-solving and proofreading skills. -Rigorous attention to detail. -Ability to thrive under tight time constraints, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet project deadlines while delivering a quality product and excellent service. -Proficiency in computer use and relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Desired or Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is required.
