Position Description:


In the role of Marketing Coordinator - Field, you will carry out daily tasks to implement, manage and monitor lead generation, lead conversion and brand communication activities for the company. You will focus specifically on administrating all facets of the Brand on Demand marketing system and support the coordination of marketing programs with a variety of external partners including agencies, media buyers, direct mail fulfillment, printers, call center and other services. You also provide consultative services for an assigned portfolio of communities including help with diagnosing issues with lead generation and uncovering marketing solutions - including better use of media, segmenting audiences, improved event planning and better coordination and use with existing marketing programs. The role of Marketing Coordinator ensures consistent execution of marketing programs by collaborating with regional and community leaders, connecting with marketing partners and accessing the solutions they offer. What’s more, you will hold partners accountable to delivering a high quality of service and work to produce a better marketing program each day.

Responsibilities: 


-Reports to Manager of Field Marketing and works collaboratively to ensure a timely, accurate, and professional finished product. -Coordinate regularly scheduled marketing activities with an assigned portfolio of regional executives and their communities. -Serve as the primary point of contact for the Brand on Demand system -including working with vendors, IT and others to continuously improve the services the system offers to Holiday communities. -Provide day to day coordination of assigned marketing programs and services working with other associates and third parties. -Effectively communicate via telephone and email correspondence to market department services, provide information, fulfill requests and resolve questions promptly and chivalrously.-Develop and manage workflow processes to ensure projects are delivered on time. -Review and proof final layouts, correcting grammar, spelling and Community information; suggest improvements as needed. -Work with the Marketing Team to review, document and execute procedures. Provide input and recommendations on how to accomplish and improve team objectives. -Interact and communicate with all employees, residents, internal and external customers and vendors in a professional and respectful manner. -Manage workflow processes to ensure projects are delivered on time. -Prepare, modify and maintain documents including correspondence, estimate requests, orders, trackers and program overviews. -Maintain a library of templates. -Deliver quality work on tight deadlines.


Skills/Experience
Required: 


In addition, at least 2 years of work experience in a corporate environment. - Confident and effective written and verbal communications skills. - Excellent customer service, organizational, problem-solving and proofreading skills. - Rigorous attention to detail. -Ability to thrive under tight time constraints, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet project deadlines while delivering a quality product and excellent service. -Proficiency in computer use and relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.


Education
Desired or Required:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is required.
